I specialize in a variety of modalities including deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, Thai, sports medicine, pain management, injury recovery, prenatal and postnatal care, Swedish and spa treatments. My approach is client centered care with a love for healing and recovery from trauma, PTSD and mental illness . I enjoy yoga, meditation and dance practice to keep myself focused and healthy.

I was originally drawn to massage therapy after recovering from my own major knee surgery as a collegiate athlete. I love helping others feel their best and have worked in the healthcare/wellness field for 20 years as a massage therapist, nurse, and mental health counselor. I use a variety of massage modalities but specialize in providing Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, & Neuromuscular Stretching to get to the root of your tension & pain problems and to work to provide immediate & enduring relief. I also enjoy providing therapeutic massage for general stress relief!
