Our Most Asked Questions

Do you accept walk-ins and same day appointments?

Walk-ins to make an appointment for a massage or to purchase a gift card are always welcome during our regular front desk hours.

Same day appointments for services are sometimes available, and are more likely Monday-Thursday.

We can also put you on our waitlist. Our massage therapists tend to be fully booked on the weekends so we recommend booking in advance.

What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment and it is more than  24 hours ahead of your scheduled time,  you can log into your account and make changes anytime.

For late notice cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment), please call us directly at 214-399-9665 as soon as possible. Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in a 50% charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. There is always room for grace, but please call us as soon as possible so that we can try to fill that time for the therapist.

Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of, and you cancel or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged in full.

Do you accept insurance payments?

Although we do not accept insurance, many plans do cover massage therapy with a doctors prescription and copies of receipts.  We can print out all of your visits at the end of the year for you to send to your provider. We can email your receipts at any time.

We DO accept FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, cash, check, debit and credit cards as well as gift certificates purchased through our site or in person.

Do you offer couples massage?

Yes! We do ask that you call/text to schedule this type of massage. Please DO NOT schedule online as it only blocks out one therapist and can cause scheduling issues.

Can I get a massage while pregnant?

Women can begin massage therapy at any point in their pregnancy – during the first, second, or third trimester. Because of the increased risk for miscarriage associated with the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, we ask that you obtain a release from your doctor during this time.

What do I wear for my massage?

This depends on your comfort level and the type of massage you are going to receive.

For Sports Massage & Stretching you may be asked to leave some or all of your clothing on.

For Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage,  Hot Stone Massage, or Prenatal Massage many people prefer to be completely nude when they receive a massage, while others prefer to keep their undergarments on.  It's completely up to you, and you are encouraged to undress to your level of comfort.

Tight-fitting or bulky undergarments can sometimes get in the way of the massage, especially if your problem areas are the low-back, buttocks, or hips.  Women usually remove their bras so no straps are in the way of back and shoulder massage.

Licensed massage therapists must ensure that clients are always properly covered by a sheet or towel, genitals will never be exposed, and only the specific areas being massaged will be uncovered.

Should I tip my therapist?

Tipping is neither required nor expected, but of course we appreciate the gesture!  Our massage therapists do not depend on tips, but if you would like to leave a tip, simply add the gratuity at checkout, give directly to your therapist or leave with a member of our front desk staff.

The best appreciation you can show is by referring your friends and family to us!

What does my therapist use to massage my body?

We keep your health in mind for all of our therapies and products. All of our lotions, oils, and creams are organic and free of artificial scent*, parabens, chemicals, sulfates, etc. Please let us know if you have an allergy or have concern about any product we are using.

*some scent may occur naturally, but there is no added scents. Our CBD oil does have lemongrass added to it.

What if I'm late? Do I get full therapy time when I book a 60 or 90 minute massage?

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you have not filled out your intake form prior to your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running behind or know that you will be a few minutes late.  If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will do our best to provide you with the services you have booked, but we cannot guarantee the full time if you arrive late.

When you arrive on time for your appointment, you will receive the FULL 60 or 90 minutes of therapy. We do not have "spa hours" that provide 50 or 80 minutes massage plus time for consultation and dress/undress time. Because of this, you can expect a 60 minute massage to take 70-80 minutes total time and a 90 minute session to take 100-110 minutes.
